Welcome to Cozy Corner in Shady Nook at Lake Balch! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin sleeps 6 (1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 futon), has a lake view, and is just steps away from the public beach (Little Beach) across the street. The house is pet friendly, has an updated kitchen and all new windows, and has a washer and dryer in the basement. Skylights allow gorgeous natural light, and there is a wood burning stove for chilly nights. There are 2 smart tvs for when kids and adults have different ideas about what makes good entertainment, and there are a few games, books, and puzzles as well. We are less than a five minute walk to the rec center where there is a playground and tennis and pickleball courts. All linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels) are included. Come get cozy at Cozy Corner!

Cost is $1400 per week. Shorter stays are $225 per night. For pets, we add a one-time fee of $50. Because we are not using a rental service, there will be no hidden costs tacked on at the end!

*Available dates run from May 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 excluding Memorial Day weekend, June 28-July 11, and Labor Day weekend.
